Group Therapy
Structured, clinician-led therapy groups for shared experience, skill-building, and connection — often at a lower cost than individual sessions.
Our Approach to Group Therapy
NEST therapy groups are facilitated by licensed and associate clinicians who combine psychoeducation, experiential exercises, and guided discussion. Groups are time-limited series — not open-ended drop-in circles — so members can build trust and momentum together.
Enrollment includes clinical screening so the group stays appropriate for everyone involved. Learn more about how group therapy works in our Group Therapy guide.
