What is Psychedelic Integration?
Psychedelic integration therapy helps individuals make meaning of and integrate insights, emotions, or visions that arise during psychedelic experiences (such as psilocybin, ayahuasca, MDMA, or others). The goal is to translate those experiences into lasting, positive life changes.
Our clinicians take a harm-reduction, non-judgmental approach. We do not facilitate or provide illegal substances, but we do provide professional support before and after your experience to help you navigate it safely and meaningfully.
Preparation
Work with a therapist before your experience to set intentions, address fears, understand what to expect, and create a safe psychological container. This maximizes the therapeutic potential and reduces the risk of difficult experiences.

In ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, the session itself is a supported window of altered consciousness—distinct from preparation and integration, but held by the same therapeutic relationship. Read what this phase can feel like and why it is unique in KAP.
What a KAP journey can feel like →Integration
Process and integrate what emerged during your experience — insights, emotions, symbolic content, or shifts in perspective. Integration sessions help anchor the experience into your daily life and support lasting transformation.
