What is KAP?
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a treatment modality that uses ketamine — a legally prescribed medication — in conjunction with psychotherapy to support healing from treatment-resistant depression, PTSD, anxiety, OCD, and other conditions.
Ketamine works by temporarily disrupting habitual patterns of thinking and creating a window of neuroplasticity, during which therapeutic work can be especially powerful. Our clinicians guide you through preparation, the ketamine session itself, and integration afterward.
How We Offer KAP
We offer three flexible formats to best meet your needs and comfort level.
Virtual KAP
Ketamine is prescribed remotely by a licensed provider and taken at home with therapist support via video.
